AI holds the power to bring meaningful change to life as we know it. Are we ready for AI? Samudhra Sendhil is an Enterprise Analyst at ManageEngine. While she doesn't fancy herself a tech geek, she is deeply fascinated by the human aspects of technology and how it has opened doors and continues to create new opportunities. Going beyond the realm of technology, her passion extends to sustainability and mental health. Samudhra endeavors to explore the intersections of these vital areas from the viewpoint of technology, understanding their profound impact on enterprises and society as a whole. With diverse professional experiences in B2C companies across various industries—including healthcare, psychology, and human resources—she brings a rich tapestry of knowledge to her role. She has worked in various parts of the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Malaysia. This multicultural background equips her with a holistic understanding of the enterprise landscape, enabling her to conduct nuanced analysis and effectively communicate ideas. Samudhra holds a Bachelors degree in International Communications from the University of Nottingham. Student leaders from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Sintok Ms Khausalya and Mr Vikesh briefed us on the first Sanitary Pad Bank Project in UUM aimed at alleviating period poverty which was a real problem amongst some students in the School of Economics, Finance and Banking of UUM. The bank was launched in July 2023 and they see about 60 pads a day being utilized by students. The student population of the School is about 3,500. Kudos to the team for their visionary effort put in to improve the lives of students.
