COOPERATION AND SYNERGY: THE WAY FORWARD
The world today is based around Networks and Supply Chains. It is a reflection of a dynamism that nothing stays constant and understanding how things work, allow people and organisations to utilise their strengths and leverage on the expertise and resources in the market.
This is more so for NGOs and for not-for profit organisations, which need to work in a smart manner which optimises their capabilities and resources in order to deliver the expected outcomes.
This talk will use the Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) as an example of an organisation which was designed to do exactly that. It will cover the principles of managing relationships, leveraging on advantages and utilising the ‘power of convening’ to deliver its outcomes.
